Launched in 1972, 1000 by Jean Patou is a true haute couture fragrance, blended over a 10 year period.  Originally made to order, this rare fragrance was named after the 1000 submissions which were made and rejected before the perfect scent was chosen.  Blended from the rarest flowers and essential oils.

1000 has top notes of coriander, green notes, bergamot, tangerine; middle notes of orris, violet, jasmine, Chinese osmanthus, lily-of-the-valley, rose, geranium; and base notes of sandalwood, amber, musk, patchouli, civet, oakmoss, vetiver.
